Mireille Apolline Weasley,
what are you fighting for?
covered in scars I did nothing to earn;
maybe there's somewhere a lesson to learn;
and I'm still hurting.

name: Mireille is often called Miri or even Mimi by her friends. The name Mireille means "wondrous peace" or "prosperous; admire". The name Apolline is after her grandmother, and is a feminine form of the greek god Apollo.
age/graduating year: 25; 2018
former house: Gryffindor
alliance: The Revolution
wand: 12" Mahogany with Pheonix Feather Core ; firm.
patronus: A red-tailed hawk.
boggart: Herself as she was during her first years of Hogwarts; frizy red hair, huge glasses, and being teased by all around her.
striking features: Long bright red hair of the trademark Weasley nature, olive skin from working in the sun, and dark brown eyes. Her build is slender and athletic due to the physically demanding nature of her job. She is also rather petite, especially compared to some of her other sisters. She stands at only 5' 4''.
----
personality & history: Growing up in a household full of girls, Mireille was always the tomboy of the group, being a daddy's girl from a young age. When the other girls were reading books and dressing up, she was off climbing trees, coming up with schemes for fun, and convincing the others to join in. This led to interesting relationships with her sisters. Victoire, always the motherly one of the bunch, saw this as a sign Miri needed to be watched and taken care of. Sephy, being closest to Miri in age and relationship, could always be counted on to go with Miri and keep a level head; always the logical one on their adventures.
At age elven, Mireille started schooling at Hogwarts and was sorted into Gryffindor. Because Mireille's appearance was less feminine than her sisters she was teased in her first few years for her mousy appearance, frizzy red hair that couldn't be tamed, and the glasses she used to wear. In her first years, she had few friends although everyone grew to know her as she grew comfortable and opened up to show her loud and confident persona. She tamed her hair, traded grass stains for skirts, and ditched the glasses for makeup around her fourth year, which was when she started gaining numerous friends at school.
In her fifth year, Mireille was made prefect, a position she held through her sixth year and followed by her achievement of Head Girl in her seventh year. She played on her house Quidditch Team as a Seeker from her fourth year, and keeping active helped her maintain friendships.
After graduation, Mireille began training as an Auror. Friendly and outgoing, she found some people did not take her seriously, and therefore threw herself rigorously into her studies and training. She was made a Covert Operations Auror after three years, and began living on her own on the outskirts of London.
When the Ministry fell to Zabini, Mireille was framed for a change in the security plans that ultimately led to the Minister's death. Although she is unaware of this, Alexander Rookwood set her to take the fall so that she would lose her position as he saw her as a threat to his success. Scandalized, Mireille accepted a position as a Curse Breaker for Gringott's Bank and left England altogether. She spent her time mostly in Egypt, but traveled all over the world.
During this time, she fell out of touch with most, if not all, of her friends and family. She returned home just two weeks ago after being seriously injured on the job, and is on medical leave for a few months as a result. She will be reassigned to local projects once her medical leave is over, which her father's influence may or may not have anything to do with. The incident has left Mireille highly bitter and not at all the bouncy girl she was in school, although she has retained some of her adventurous and bright personality.
Now that Mireille has returned home, she has decided to try and reconnect with her family and friends, especially her sisters. Unfortunately, not all of them are feeling very forgiving and Mireille's stubbornness and temper haven't changed over the years.

anything else: I'd kind of like Mireille to have finally learned an animagus form ... I was thinking a falcon of some sort. I'll get more specific if approved.
